The University of Athens Department of Political Science and Public Administration – Master’s Degree in Southeast European Studies will accept 25 students for the academic year 2008-2009. Application deadline is Μay 15, 2008.

Executive MBA Programme – Information Events

The International Hellenic University (www.ihu.edu.gr), based in Thessaloniki, is Greece’s public university where the exclusive language of instruction is English. Its Executive MBA programme begins in March 2008. Relevant information sessions will be taking place in Tirana, Albania (January 28), Sofia, Bulgaria (February 7) and Belgrade, Serbia (February 21).

South-East European Research Centre

The South-East European Research Centre – a Research Centre of the University of Sheffield and CITY Liberal Studies, located in Thessaloniki – is organising the 3rd Annual South East European Doctoral Student Conference (June 26). The conference aims at initiating an exchange of knowledge between young researchers and establishing a network of scholars undertaking research on South East Europe. Extended abstract submission deadline is February 15, 2008.

PhD Conference in Economics

The University of Athens Doctoral Programme in Economics (www.uadphilecon.gr), invite PhD Students and Junior Researchers, all around the world, in economics and related disciplines to submit papers for presentation at the 1st PhD Conference in Economics (16.5.2008). The deadline for submitting research abstracts is January 31, 2008.
