Event in Poland dedicated to Greek Poetry

Krakowski Salon Poezji in Komorów and Association K40 are kindly invite You to the event dedicated to the modern Greek poetry: “Waiting for barbarians”. This event will be held on Sunday April 6^th at 12:00 at Dwór Polski in Pęcice. Poems of the greatest Greek poets: Konstantinos Kawafis, Kostis Palamas, Jorgos Seferis will be presented by the most famous Polish actor, including Daniel Olbrychski, accompanying by the Greek folk band „Baxtori”. It would be a pleasure for all of us if you could join us to celebrate this event. We would be very grateful if this event would be an entry point for an annual meetings with Greek poetry to bring it closer to ordinary Poles. We accepted to host many citizens of Warsaw and surroundings, admirers of Hellenic poetry, several officials of the city of Pruszków, Mrs.Małgorzata Borowska – professor of The Warsaw University and her students, Mr. Przemysław Kordos with members and friends of Towarzystwo Przyjaciół Grecji.
