(GREEK NEWS AGENDA) The “Aegina Fistiki Fest” – “fistiki” meaning pistachio nut – opens its doors tomorrow (September 17- 20) for the first time on the island of Aegina.
The purpose of the festival is to promote the Aegina Fistiki Fest of Aegina – internationally renowned as one of the world’s best – through creative events such as live music concerts, visual arts events, trade fairs and culinary contests. The festival, which is organised by the Municipality of Aegina, and intends to be established as an annual festival at the end of the pistachio harvesting period.
